because sometimes the moon shines,

casting dark shadows upon the darker ground

because sometimes life doesn't go the way we want it to

because sometimes love is the biggest hate of all

because sometimes we all have to get down and cry

because sometimes the worst part is watching people beside you cry,

and yet be able to not do anything.

because sometimes it tears one apart, when others are strained

because sometimes i want to get down and cry too but i can't.

because sometimes i want to be the pillar for others

but sometimes this pillar is made of foam.

but sometimes crying is the last thing others need to see

but sometimes holding others together is the most important

but sometimes it's too difficult to taste the salt again

but sometimes we have to sit down and reflect
